- Please continue praying for overall church ministry, for ministry leaders, life group leaders, discipleship triads, children and youth ministry teams, outreaches, and of course, our regular Sunday morning ministries in worship services and Sunday School..., for our responsiveness to God's Word both personally and in group studies. Pray that we will be steadfast in standing on the truth, and be life-giving in our witness to those who need Jesus!
- Pray for the children and youth in our ministries, for Pastor Bruce, Pastor Terry, and for Cristina, who give leadership to children's and youth ministries; for teachers and workers in these ministries, and for all of our dear parents who are committed and growing in raising their children in the Christian faith.
- Pray for the upcoming annual favorite youth outreach event...Gorgon! on Oct. 23 & 24. Pray that as youth invite their friends, and Pastor Terry and his team prepare this event, students will be challenged and respond to the gospel.
- Please continue to pray for healing for Pastor Martin, who had shoulder surgery Oct 9th in Welland Hospital. The surgery outcome was better than expected, and Pastor Martin is recovering well at home.
- Anna Goode's sister, Sylvia, is asking for prayer for her son Brian. He fell last Tuesday and hit his head, requiring surgery to repair a brain bleed; he is recovering slowly at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, still leaking spinal fluid and in intensive care.
- Please pray for Hank Handke, who mourns the loss of his wife Margaret Farewell. There was a memorial reception at the church on October 8th . Pray that family and friends would be drawn to Jesus.
- Please pray for Susan Gerbes and her mom, Ursula Gerbes, for safety where they are in Slovakia, and protection for all travels there and when they return (especially for an upgrade in Ursula's seating on the plane), for God's will for these health treatments, and His peace day by day. Thank you.
