- Pray for the people of Jamaica...with many loved ones of our church family affected by the devastating hurricane. Pray that people will find a place of safety through the storm, and that infrastructures, basic provisions and communication will be quickly restored. Pray also for equally devastated regions of the Philippines, both in Cebu and in the northern parts of the country experiencing damage and flooding from typhoons leaving hundreds of thousands without basic provisions. Pray for rescue efforts and that the grace of God would minister to these an other countries affected.
- Pray for Lawrence McGinn who had knee replacement last Tuesday and isrecovering well; pray for God's strength in the days/weeks to come.
- Pray for all aspects of preparation for our huge Christmas Drama Production: In the Air Tonight. Pray for Pastor Bruce in his overall directing, for his team of leaders, as well as the set crew, cast, musicians, all children youth and adults participating--a busy time in which we pray that our team will remain healthy as we prepare. Pray that God will give us grace to invite our community for full-house performances on Monday Dec.1, Wednesday Dec.3, Friday Dec.5, and Sunday Dec.7 s we both share and celebrate the coming of Jesus to be our Saviour.
- Please pray for Ruth Reid and her family, in the passing of her husband Bob. Bob was in hospice in Prince George BC for only a few days before he died. Ruth is grateful for our prayers as she adjusts to Bob being gone.
- Please pray for our Missionaries of the Month: Brother D, and ChrisFon...operating in an area hostile to Christians, but seeing numbers of people embracing faith in Christ in spite of persecution. Pray for those who are enslaved due to their faith, and for the power of the gospel to change lives.
- Please continue praying for overall church ministry, for ministry leaders, life group leaders, discipleship triads, children and youth ministry teams, outreaches, and of course, our regular Sunday morning ministries in worship services and Sunday School..., for our responsiveness to God's Word both personally and in group studies. Pray that we will be steadfast in standing on the truth, and be life-giving in our witness to those who need Jesus!
- Please pray for God's wisdom, strength, and joy for each of:
- Our Elders: Jim Stuart, Phil Osborne, Jeff Korody, Don Stauffer, Norm Hill, along with Pastor Martin and Pastor Bruce.
- Our Directors: Lawrence McGinn, Trevor Hartwick, along with Elders Jim, Phil, Jeff, Norm, and Don.
- Our Deacons: Mark Ridgway, Ian LeSurf, Hilary Daley, Irene Osborne, Anthony Maracle, Mark Daley, Patty LeSurf, Elaine Korody, and Mellanie Romita.
- Pray for God's peace for Lorna Johansen (Chapel Heights), Ron Myers (Lundy Manor), Vi Warden (Cavendish), Elaine Short (Oakwood Park Lodge), Alex Kaye (Chapel Heights), Tom Goode (Linhaven/Henley House), Vera Harnden (Simcoe), Esther Rosa (Meadows), Betty Enns (Meadows of Dorchester), Bethene Fretz (Maple Park Lodge), Doreen Menard (Elgin Falls), Mary Franco (Queenston Place), Marj Kershaw (now at Valley Park Lodge), and Bill Howie (Bella), and Della Height (Oakwood) in their care at Senior Homes, and for others like Ellen Kerr and Sandy Cooper who are mostly homebound.
- Pray for our regular ministries at Cavendish Manor, Oakwood Lodge, Niagara Long-Term Care (NOTL), Bella Retirement Home, River Road Retirement Home, Willoughby Manor and now Elgin Falls. Pray for God's strength and wisdom as we bring encouragement through song and studies from God's Word to these senior residents.

Thanks for praying! Please include these in your personal, small group, and ministry team prayer times. Also, there is a weekly women's prayer time at the church, Mondays at 1:00 PM...all women are welcome. And, you are welcome to join our pre-service prayer time each Sunday morning at 9:20 AM in the Family Room, praying specifically for God's work among us and in the lives of those not yet saved.
